Max Schorr - Publisher & Founding Editor, Good Magazine

Max Schorr is the Publisher and Founding Editor of GOOD, a magazine about the people, ideas, and institutions driving change in the world. GOOD launched nationwide last fall and was recently named one of the hottest magazine launches of 2006 by MIN & Mr. Magazine.

As a co-founder of the magazine, Schorr helped develop the editorial vision and the innovative Choose GOOD Campaign, where subscribers direct the entire $20 subscription fee to the charity of their choice. In the first several months of this partnership model, GOOD has attracted a base of over 11,200 quality subscribers while raising over $224,000 for important causes and reinforcing the magazine's premise that you can do good by doing well.

Prior to GOOD, Schorr worked as a teacher and administrator at the Math and Science for Minority Students program at Phillips Academy in Andover, MA.
