Culinary writer Harris Salat explores the culture and history behind Japanese curry, and Chef Tadashi Ono provides an onstage demonstration of some delicious curry recipes included in their co-authored book, Japanese Soul Cooking. The event will be followed by a tasting reception provided by Go! Go! CURRY!
