FAMILY PROGRAM
HappyDolls for Tohoku
Sunday, March 11, 1 PM — 2:30 PM
Children are invited to design and create HappyDolls to be sent to children in Tohoku, Japan. HappyDolls are smiling ambassadors of hope, made by children for children, cheering and comforting those in need. Singer AK Akemi Kakihara will lead a short sing-a-long at the end of the session.
HappyDoll.org is a New York nonprofit that connects children around the world.
Part of ONE YEAR LATER: Commemorating the One-Year Anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake & Tsunami.

To pre-register, email jseducation@japansociety.org or call (212) 715-1275 and provide the number of children and adults. Pre-registration is suggested, however, same-day registration is also welcome on a space available basis.
