Similar to pottery or sculpture, creating wagashi is an expression of form and art. In this hands-on workshop taught by chefs from Toraya, participants will learn to shape bean paste into beautiful wagashi pieces. The chefs will also demonstrate more complicated wagashi forms during the session.
Each identical session will run about 70 minutes and is limited to 20 people.
