Hideki Fujioka (藤岡英樹) - Executive Manager, Senior Citizen Segment Promotion Unit, Business Headquarters, COSMOS INITIA Co., Ltd.


Since graduating from Waseda University’s School of Commerce in 1987, Hideki Fujioka has been involved in developing real estate properties, from distribution warehouses to residential projects, for COSMOS INITIA Co., Ltd., a leading real estate company in Japan.

As a member of the Start-up Business Department and the Urban Development Department, Hideki Fujioka has participated in major development projects such as the world heritage site “King Fisher Bay Resort,” located on Fraser Island, Australia, and the redevelopment of Musashi-Urawa station’s facade in Saitama prefecture, respectively. In addition, Hideki Fujioka has been involved in condominium developments in COSMOS INITIA’s Tokyo and Yokohama branches, chiefly contributing to land acquisitions.

Currently, Mr. Fujioka’s business is concerned with the residential development with condominiums and single-family houses, as well as the establishment of residential projects for the elderly.

Mr. Fujioka was born in Hiroshima prefecture, Japan.
