Ginjo-shu refers to super-premium sake, but just how is it different? At Japan Society's annual sake tasting event, sake expert John Gauntner explores ginjo-shu and what distinguishes it from regular sake, how it is made, and its history and tradition. The lecture will be followed by a sake tasting reception with more than 30 kinds of premium sake.
