The #MeToo movement and the spate of sexual harassment claims against high-powered executives have created new challenges for businesses. Recent allegations have upended many prominent companies, impacting organizational reputation and finances, and posing new liability risks. At the same time, employers have an ethical duty to maintain safe workplace environments, ensuring that employees are protected against sexual and power harassment. How should companies respond? What are the special considerations for foreign employers? A panel of experts considers these issues in a lively discussion, examining all sides of the topic.
