A child-friendly theatrical performance by Theater Arts Japan-KIDS- introduces children to mystical creatures of Japan such as oni, kappa and tengu, as well as popular yokai characters that appear in Japanese folktales. Participants will hear Japanese folktales featuring ghosts and otherworldly creatures, accompanied by song and dance. Afterward they will create their own masks of the folktale characters featured in the stories.

Participants are welcome to show up in their own creative Halloween costumes!
