Application for 2018 Summer program will be available in late November.

Through the Japan Society Junior Fellows Leadership Program, connect with industry leaders and entrepreneurs, develop lifelong friendships, and gain international experience as you embark on the path to becoming a future leader in the U.S.-Japan relationship. Upon completion of the program, join the expanding Junior Fellows Alumni Network (JFAN) and take advantage of networking events throughout the year.

Junior Fellows Leadership Program Goals

  • Create a junior network of rising student leaders in Japan and the United States.
  • Motivate young American and Japanese leaders to engage in and contribute to furthering U.S.-Japan relations.
  • Raise awareness of important issues relevant to the United States and Japan among next generation leaders in both countries.

The Junior Fellows Program has helped me see my potential and unlock my determination to find my passion.
